TRUST AND DATA HANDLING
Read-only by design.
Olelo sits beside the systems you already run. It reads what it needs to score a call and follow it to an invoice, and it writes nothing back. This page sets out exactly what that means, so a vendor review does not have to start with a questionnaire.
What Olelo connects to
Your phone system
If your VoIP is one of the 17 we support, Olelo reads call recordings from the system you already run — read-only, no new hardware, no porting numbers, and no change to how your team answers. On anything else we assess your current setup first to see whether we can get your call data.
Your shop management system
To follow an Olelo-touched call to the work it produced, Olelo reads repair order and invoice records from the 5 shop management systems it supports. Read-only, and each invoice is counted once.
Nothing gets written back
Olelo does not create, edit or delete records in your shop management system, and it does not replace it. If Olelo were switched off tomorrow, your systems of record would be untouched.
Consent, recording and messaging
Calls are recorded and handled under your own consent and recording practices, on the phone system you already operate. Text messaging sent through Olelo is governed by our SMS Terms, which set out the consent language your advisors use, opt-out handling and rate disclosure. Our Privacy Policy covers what is collected and how it is used.
